Our classes run from Mon-Thurs with workshops held over the weekend.
All of our classes last roughly 1.5 hours.

Our classes
We teach Iyengar Yoga in either group classes or workshops.
Group classes
Group Classes are where the same group work together, getting to know each other in a safe environment and building a supportive and welcoming community. Classes are planned and built for the particular requirements of each group, working at an appropriate pace, growing capability and fulfilling potential.
Workshops
The themes for my workshops vary. Each workshop will have different ability requirements.
